We stand behind the quality of what we grow and sell. Because many items are living, perishable, and weather-sensitive, our policies help ensure plant health and a fair experience for everyone.

Live Goods — Annuals, Houseplants & Tropicals

  • 7-Day Exchange Only: Return within 7 days of purchase for exchange or store credit (no refunds).
  • Condition: Plants must be in the same condition as purchased and in their original container.
  • Care Matters: We cannot replace plants damaged by under/over-watering, lack of care, pests, animals, or weather after purchase.
  • Sale/Clearance: Final sale; no exchanges or warranty.

Perennials

  • Growing-Season Warranty: Warrantied through the current growing season (one-time store credit up to purchase price) when properly planted and cared for; receipt required.
  • Exclusions: Weather, animals, improper planting/care, salt/chemical damage, mechanical injury, or neglect.
  • Sale/Clearance: Final sale; no warranty.

Trees & Shrubs (Hardy Woody Plants)

  • 1-Year Limited Warranty (one-time): Store credit up to the purchase price if the plant fails to grow despite proper care; receipt required.
  • Requirements: Must be planted in the ground (not left in the pot).
  • Exclusions: Weather extremes (heat/cold, frost, drought, wind), animal/browse, salt/chemical damage, improper planting/care, or mechanical injury.
  • Sale/Clearance: Final sale; excluded from the 1-year warranty.

Hardgoods & Non-Plant Merchandise

  • 14-Day Returns for refund or exchange with receipt; items must be new, unused, and resalable in original packaging.
  • Sale/Clearance: Final sale; not eligible for return or warranty.
  • Seasonal/holiday items may be exchange-only (when not on clearance).

What’s Not Covered

  • Weather conditions we cannot control (extreme cold/heat, late frost, drought, wind, hail).
  • Improper care (watering, planting depth, soil/ drainage issues), pests/animals, mechanical damage, or neglect.
  • Plants not planted in the ground (for woody/perennial warranties).
  • Commercial/landscape contractor purchases may follow different terms—ask before purchase.
  • Sale & Clearance Items:
    • Live plants (trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, houseplants): Final sale; no warranty/exchange/return.
    • Hardgoods/merchandise: Final sale; no returns or warranty.

How to Request an Exchange or Warranty Review

  1. Email photos, your receipt, and a brief description to in**@**********et.com; or bring the plant and receipt to the store.
  2. Our team will assess planting conditions and care to determine eligibility.
  3. Approved claims receive store credit (one time) toward a replacement.
