Tell us about your organization and include as many details as possible so we can review quickly.

What to Include in Your Email

  • Organization name and brief mission
  • Event name/date/location
  • Contact name, phone, email
  • Requested item (e.g., gift card, gift basket, plant/arrangement, décor)
  • Who benefits and expected attendance
  • How 101 Market will be recognized (program listing, social media tags, signage, etc.)
  • Any deadlines for delivery/pickup

Our Guidelines

  • We receive many requests and do our best to fulfill as many as possible—thank you for understanding.
  • Preference is given to local schools, nonprofits, and community events in our area.
  • Typical donations include gift cards, seasonal plants/arrangements, or gift bundles.
  • Please allow 3–4 weeks lead time when possible.
  • One donation per organization per year.
  • We’re unable to provide cash donations or sponsor political/controversial causes.

After Approval

  • We’ll confirm pickup details by email. Most items are in-store pickup during business hours.
  • When posting online, please tag @the101market and use #TheSeasonsBest—we love to share community highlights!
